Request the included onboarding sessionBilling exception
Most billing work is completed above without support. Use this only when the automated recovery, invoice, or plan change did not finish. Never include card numbers or patient information.
Recovery and serious issues
Current self-service instructions come first. Human support is reserved for Enterprise onboarding, verified disaster recovery, and reproducible app-breaking defects.
Backup and recovery
Automatic encrypted cloud backup is intended to be on by default after the production service and a real restore drill pass. It is not deployed in the current LogBlues app build, so the account page does not pretend a cloud recovery point exists.
Important: full restore is preview-only in the current alpha. If the PC is destroyed or live data must be restored, do not overwrite files or reinstall repeatedly. Submit the disaster-recovery request below.
Enterprise
Enterprise includes one guided setup session for workflow, integration planning, and cloud-backup readiness. Payment details are never taken during the session.
App-breaking issue
Include the exact error and a screenshot so the first response can be useful. Close patient charts and remove or blur all patient information before attaching an image.
