Practice management for independent clinics
LogBlues runs your whole clinic — scheduling, check-in, notes, files, messaging, tasks, inventory and billing — on the computers you already own. Blues, the assistant, works on the same machine. Nothing about your patients is sent anywhere to make it work.

Every screen
The same software at every size — a big monitor at the front desk, a laptop in the office, a phone in your pocket. Three different themes here; there are twenty-one.
WindowsAndroidLight & darkTwenty-one themes
The workspace
Ten programs, one login, and no retyping a patient’s name to finish a thought.
Every morning
Who is coming, what is outstanding, what needs a person today.
On the computer in front of you. No cloud, no per-message bill.
Everything in it
The full list, what each one does, and how it behaves.
Automation
Every clinic runs on follow-ups nobody was assigned. Set the rule once and LogBlues does the remembering — reminders on the lead days you pick, referrals that come back to a person instead of going quiet, stock reordered before you run out.

Who it’s for
Solo practitioners and small clinics — the ones usually offered enterprise pricing or nothing at all. Pick the modules your specialty actually uses and change them later without a migration.
Recalls, treatment plans and chair time that fills itself.

See a clinic like this →Why the records stay here
Most practice software keeps records centrally. We went the other way. LogBlues keeps them on the computers already in your clinic, which means the software keeps working when the connection does not, and a patient chart is somewhere you can point at.
Encrypted local backups are available now. Automatic off-site cloud backup is planned, but it is not deployed in the current LogBlues build.

What we believe
We are two people building for the solo practitioner and the two-room clinic. Not because the large systems are bad — they are solving a different problem for a different customer, mostly well — but because nobody was building carefully for the small practice.
So our screens grow vines and our assistant has moods. The bet is that people use tools they do not dread, and that a clinic runs better when the software is not the worst part of the day.
Your records stay yours. Nothing about you or your patients is for sale, to anyone, ever. That is not a policy we can change later — it is how the software is built.
