Pricing

Three plans, published in full.

Every practice starts with two months free. After that, pick the plan that matches how you work. No contracts, no cancellation fee, and nothing hidden behind a sales call.

Per practice, not per seat. Add front-desk and administrative staff without the price moving.

Solo practitioner

Standard

One clinician, plus all the front-desk staff you need

$50

per month

  • Everything a clinic does daily. Patients, scheduling, visits and notes, files, tasks, messaging, forms, procedures and billing.
  • Blues, the AI assistant, included. It runs on your own machine, so it costs us nothing to give you and nothing you type leaves the building.
  • Full security. Encryption, roles, audit trail and recovery are never a paid tier.
  • Manual backup and export, free and yours to run. Cloud backup is not on this plan — we would rather say so here than let you find out later.
  • Planned cloud storage: 50 GB. Routine local use is not metered; no separate cloud bandwidth quota is published.

Large clinic or hospital

Enterprise

Up to twenty clinicians, across more than one site

$250

per month

  • Phone support, and a person who picks up.
  • Hands-on help when something breaks — we fix it with you rather than sending a ticket number.
  • Multi-location, SSO and SCIM, and advanced policy enforcement.
  • Everything in Premium.
  • Larger storage and record limits: 2 TB planned cloud storage. Cloud services are not live until production restore testing passes.
  • Bandwidth: routine local use is not metered; no separate cloud bandwidth quota is published.

Licensing

We count clinicians. Nobody else.

Your receptionist is not a licence. Neither is your practice manager, your biller, or the person who covers reception on Thursdays. Only clinicians count towards your plan, and everyone else you need has an account for free.

That is deliberate. Charging per user punishes practices for giving their front desk the tools to do the job, and then someone ends up sharing a login — which is a security problem you created by pricing.

  • One licence per practice, activated once. Not per machine, so the same clinician moving between the front desk and an exam room is not two licences.
  • Add a clinician mid-month and nothing breaks. If it takes you past your band we will tell you, and you move up at the next renewal rather than being cut off mid-consultation.
  • It keeps working offline. The licence is checked when you are online and then trusted for weeks, because software that stops working in a basement with no signal is not local-first.
  • A lapsed licence never locks you out of patient records. The paid extras switch off. Your charts stay readable and exportable. Holding records hostage over a billing problem is not something we are willing to do.

Custom work

Anything built specifically for you is quoted separately.

If you need customisation beyond what the plans cover — a workflow built around how your organisation actually runs, an integration with something you already use, or a feature that only makes sense for you — that is consulting work and it is priced on the job.

We would rather quote honestly for real work than pretend it is free and recover it somewhere you cannot see. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what it takes.

Founders

Two months free, and your price stays put.

Everyone starts with two months free — a full 60 days with every major feature unlocked, long enough to run a real month-end before deciding anything.

Practices that stay on at the end of the trial become Founders members: the rate you join at is the rate you keep, and you are grandfathered into what we build next.

  • Your price is locked. Later increases do not reach you.
  • The Founders Edition theme, which is only ever given to the practices who were here first.
  • A direct line to us. Founders members are who we build for and who we ask first.

You would be backing a small company you have not heard of, on version one of something you cannot yet ask a colleague about. Paying less forever is the least we can do about that.

On every plan, including the cheapest

Security is not a premium feature.

This is a deliberate decision and we would like to be held to it. Encryption, secure identity, role-based access, audit integrity and recovery are baseline on every paid plan. A practice paying $50 does not get a less safe product than one paying $250.

The plans differ on convenience, capacity, administration and how fast you can restore something. They do not differ on whether your patients’ information is protected.

Ruled out

Things we have already decided against.

  • Charging you to leave. Export is free on every plan, always. Holding a practice’s records hostage is the worst thing a vendor in this category does.
  • Hidden fees on anything included in your plan.
  • Long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
  • Support as an upsell. Email support is on every plan. Enterprise adds a phone line, not the right to be answered.
  • Selling or training on your data. Not at any price.

The questions buyers actually ask

Answered plainly, including where the answer is “not yet”.

What does it cost today?

Nothing for the first two months, on any plan. No card is taken to start, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it. After that it is the price above, monthly, and you can stop any month.

Is that per practice or per clinician?

Per practice, with a band for how many clinicians it covers. Standard is one clinician, Premium up to five, Enterprise up to twenty. Front-desk and administrative staff are never counted and never cost extra.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard covers everything a clinic does day to day, for one clinician, and includes Blues. Premium adds Cases and the advanced workflows, the full theme collection, larger limits, up to five clinicians, and it grandfathers you into new features as they land.

Why is the AI included even on the cheapest plan?

Because it costs us nothing to give you. Blues runs on your own machine rather than on a rented API, so a thousand practices using it all day costs us exactly what nobody using it costs us. Charging for something with no marginal cost, on the plan most people look at first, would be a decision about extracting money rather than about building software.

Cloud backup is the opposite: it uses storage we pay for every month, which is why it sits on Premium.

Can I move my data from my current system?

Not yet. A supported import is not included with the current build, and until it exists we would rather tell you than take your money and work it out afterwards.

Can I get my data out if I leave?

Yes, today, on every plan. Records sit on your own machines and there is an encrypted export built in that you run yourself.

What is your uptime?

The wrong question for this product, and we would rather explain than quote a number. LogBlues runs on your machines, so it is up when they are, and an internet outage does not close your clinic. When cloud sync arrives it will carry real availability commitments and we will publish them.

Do you do e-prescribing?

No. Electronic prescribing of controlled substances requires a DEA third-party audit against 21 CFR Part 1311 every two years plus Surescripts certification. We have not done that work, so we do not offer it. Prescription forms are included; transmitting to a pharmacy is not.

Do you submit insurance claims?

Not yet. Invoicing exists today. Claims submission through a clearinghouse is not included with the current build. We will name the clearinghouse when we have one.

Are you ONC certified?

No. ONC Health IT certification is voluntary and matters mainly if you bill Medicare under MIPS and want to report the Promoting Interoperability category. It is a public registry, so anyone can check. We are not on it, and we would rather say so than hope nobody looks.

Will you sign a BAA?

Yes, on request, at no charge, on any plan.
