Before you install

What it needs, and what it does not.

• LogBlues will run on most standard PCs (system requirements).
• Guided setup. Nine screens take you from sign-in to a linked clinic and final review. Work through them at your pace.
• No card. We do not take one to start, so there is nothing to cancel.
• No account with us for your records. They live on your machine from the first patient you add.

Blues runs on that same machine, so the assistant works from the moment you open it — no key, no signup, and nothing you type to it leaves the building.

When the download opens

Install it, open it, and set up your clinic.

1. Find the email. The download link arrives by email on launch day. If it is not there, check the junk folder once.
2. Run the Windows installer. Open the downloaded LogBlues-Setup.exe file and follow the prompts. Then open LogBlues from the Start menu.
3. Open LogBlues. The first time, Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” because we are a new publisher; choose More info, then Run anyway. It asks once.
4. Complete the nine setup screens. Sign in, enter your practice and type of care, choose tools and dashboard cards, invite your team, bring records if ready, link the clinic to your account on Your plan, and review before opening the workspace.
5. Follow the Launch Checklist. It sits on the Dashboard and walks you through twelve steps: services, people, forms, policies, billing, security, and bringing your calendar and patient list across from the old system.
6. Put a real week through it. Your records stay on this computer from the first patient you add, and updates install themselves.
