How the practice is doing, on one screen
A hospital has analysts. You have a morning. Every number here is computed from your own records.
The questions owners actually ask.
- Patient visits, last seven days. Drawn as a growing vine rather than a bar chart, and interactive: hover a day to see what happened, click it to open that day’s schedule.
- Revenue and outstanding balances. What came in, and what has not.
- Today’s schedule. Who is coming and when.
- Results to review. What is waiting on a clinician.
- Tasks due. What is owed, by whom, today.
Every number is a door.
A statistic you cannot act on is decoration. Clicking a day on the visit graph opens the schedule for that day, so the number leads straight to the underlying record.
Cards can be dragged into the order your day actually runs in, and the sidebar can be reordered per user. Two owners of the same practice can have different first screens.
You own the data underneath.
Because the software is local-first, the records behind these numbers are yours and exportable. There is no enterprise reporting tier and no waiting on a vendor to run a query for you.
And nothing about your practice or your patients is sold or shared. The numbers are for you.
