Visits, revenue, outstanding balances, staff workload. Every figure is computed from the underlying records, which is why the dashboard and the ledger never disagree.
Patient visits over time, revenue and what is still outstanding, invoices issued and paid, and how work is spread across the clinicians in the practice.
Because the figures are derived from invoices and visits rather than entered separately, correcting a record corrects the report. There is no month-end reconciliation between two versions of the same number.
Excel and CSV exports are built in and free. Your accountant gets a file, not a screenshot, and you do not have to ask us for it.
