The chart is the center of everything
Every appointment, note, file, case and invoice hangs off one patient record. Getting to it takes one search.
One record, everything attached.
Add a patient in a single dialog. Name, date of birth, pronouns, contact details, and how they found you. Everything after that attaches to the record rather than living in a folder somewhere.
- Live search everywhere. Every patient field in the app searches as you type. No scrolling a dropdown of two thousand names.
- Pronouns on the chart. Recorded and shown, because getting it right in front of the patient matters.
- Status at a glance. Checked in, active, or inactive, visible from the list.
- Export the record. A patient asks for their chart and you can hand it over the same day.
Notes without ceremony.
Most systems make you open a visit before you can type. So a phone call becomes a fake appointment, and the chart fills with encounters that never happened.
Press Add note on any chart and write. A call, an observation, a correction. It is stamped with you and the date, and it lands in Patient Notes beside the notes made during visits.
- Overview. Contact details, status, upcoming appointments, balances.
- Visits & timeline. Every encounter in order, with what was recorded.
- Care plan. Recommended treatment and where it stands.
- Patient notes. Clinical notes, symptoms, recommendations.
- Files & results. Documents, labs, imaging, outside records.
- Cases. Longer courses of care grouped together.
- Referrals. Where you have sent them and why.
