Med spa and hair restoration

The treatment takes an hour. The before, after and next visit take months.

Illustrative scenario

Aesthetic care crosses consultation, imaging, procedure documentation, products and repeat treatment. The record has to cross them too.

This is a worked example, not a customer story. LogBlues is new and we have no clinics to quote yet, so inventing one would be the wrong way to start. Everything described here is something the software does today; the clinic is imagined.

Setup

Two profiles, one procedural rhythm.

A clinic can choose Med spa or Hair restoration. Both bring forward consultations, consent, images, procedures, device or product workflows and planned follow-up.

The work

What happens in LogBlues.

  • Consultation images attach to the patient, with the date and clinical context that make comparison useful.
  • Consent stays beside the procedure, rather than in a form drawer separated from what was performed.
  • Products and consumables leave inventory as they are used, so the cupboard and the count can agree.
  • Device maintenance has a due date, before service history becomes a scramble at inspection time.
  • Aftercare and the next visit are assigned, while the procedure is still fresh.

The business underneath

A procedure is also a chain of promises.

The patient expects the image, consent, product, aftercare and follow-up to describe the same treatment.

Connecting them on one timeline protects the clinical handoff and makes the operating side of the practice easier to reconcile.
