Inventory

What is on the shelf, what is running out, what needs servicing.

Consumables with reorder points and expiry dates, equipment with service schedules, and the vendors you buy from — all pre-stocked for your specialty rather than an empty list.

Consumables.

Each item carries a quantity, a unit, a location and a reorder point. Sizes and variants are separate lines, because “gloves” running out is not useful information when it is only the smalls.

Expiry dates are tracked where they matter, so a drug or a test kit approaching its date is visible before it is a problem.

Equipment.

Assets with a location, a status and a next-service date. When servicing falls due it becomes a task and shows on the dashboard rather than waiting for an annual panic.

Vendors and reordering.

The suppliers you buy from, with the items you buy from them. Reordering is prepared from what is actually low, not from a list somebody keeps in their head.
