The clinic selects Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech-language pathology or the broader Rehabilitation profile. Each discipline receives its own procedure defaults while the patient and referral remain shared.
The work
What happens in LogBlues.
- The evaluation opens an episode, with goals and the referring source visible from the start.
- Each session records its own measures, instead of copying a generic progress paragraph forward.
- Visit limits and authorization dates stay visible, before the next appointment is promised.
- Home programs and adaptive equipment attach to the plan, where another therapist can find them.
- Discharge closes the arc, with progress, remaining needs and the final report together.
Why grouping works
Related disciplines are not interchangeable.
The common structure is an evaluation, a plan, repeated sessions and measured progress. The content inside that structure belongs to the discipline.
LogBlues can preserve both: one coordinated episode for the practice and distinct goals and notes for the therapists doing the work.
