Setup

One practice, two closely connected profiles.

The clinic can begin with Women’s health or Continence and pelvic health. Preventive visits, reproductive care, diaries, measurements, supplies and referrals remain available without forcing unrelated modules forward.

The work

What happens in LogBlues.

• The reason for care opens a case, so later visits continue the same clinical thread instead of starting over.
• Diaries and measurements attach in sequence, giving symptoms and response to treatment a readable timeline.
• Forms and consent stay with the visit or procedure, not in a separate folder somebody has to reconcile.
• Supplies can be tracked beside clinical work, when the plan includes products the clinic provides.
• Outside referrals come back into the case, with results and next steps connected to the original question.

The design point

Sensitive care still needs ordinary follow-through.

Privacy matters, but so does the unglamorous work of making sure a diary was reviewed, a result was called back and the next visit was booked.

Keeping those actions inside the same case reduces repetition for the patient and guesswork for the team.
