Safety checks
Know what needs checking before the clinic day starts.
A readiness list shaped around your clinic, with equipment, locations, due dates and notes together. Your team performs the checks; LogBlues keeps the follow-up visible.
- Start with your clinic. Review a list selected for your clinic type.
- See the next check. Equipment, location and due date stay together.
- Record the follow-up. Check physically, save the date and leave notes.
A clear routine for the people doing the checks.
During setup, LogBlues adds a starting list for your selected clinic type. Each check has a name, location, repeat interval and next due date. Your owner or administrator can work with a qualified clinical lead to review the list and adapt it to your equipment and clinic requirements.
Review what is Ready, Check due or Needs attention. After the physical check, choose Mark checked today to record the date and calculate the next check. Add notes so the next person can see what needs follow-up.
Examples included for different clinic types.
The starting list depends on the clinic type you choose. Examples include:
- Shared premises checks. AED readiness, emergency oxygen, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting and exit signs.
- Dental clinics. Autoclave spore tests, dental suction lines, dental X-ray unit checks, and emergency drug-kit expiry.
- Dialysis clinics. Water-treatment checks, reverse-osmosis readings, machine disinfection cycles, and emergency water and power shutoffs.
