AI reply assistance

A starting point for your reply. You keep the final word.

Local AI reply assistance prepares an editable draft from an authorized team conversation. It is designed for staff who want help wording a response while keeping the decision to review, edit and send.

Availability: In testing, not publicly released. This guide describes the candidate workflow. Button placement, installed behavior and supported release availability must be confirmed before you rely on it.

How it works

  1. Open an authorized conversation, or its source link from Message Overview.
  2. Choose Reply with AI where offered. Blues uses conversation text on this computer to prepare a draft.
  3. Read the draft, check its facts and edit the wording. Check the recipient and any existing draft text.
  4. Use the normal Send action only when you are satisfied. Generating a reply is not sending one.

Before you start

  • Use the supported candidate only when it has been provided to your clinic for testing.
  • Sign in with Messages access and make the supported local Blues runtime and model available.
  • Use the intended conversation and language. Review the draft even when it looks fluent.

Limits to keep in mind

  • No automatic sending, calendar booking or completed-work claim is authorized by pressing Reply with AI.
  • Conversation text is the input; attachment analysis is not promised.
  • The draft may be inaccurate or inappropriate. It is not a clinical recommendation or a substitute for your judgment.
  • No instant-response guarantee is made. If generation fails, keep your own draft and write the reply normally.

Questions and answers

Does it send a response automatically?

No. The planned workflow creates draft text for review and requires the normal Send action.

What happens to a reply I already started?

The candidate is designed to preserve existing draft text and text typed during generation. That preservation still requires installed acceptance; review the composer before sending.

Can it analyze the attached document?

No attachment-reading capability is advertised for this workflow.

Does local AI make every app feature offline?

No. Local drafting and optional online sharing, accounts and payment services are different operations.
