Message Overview brings a to-do summary and recap into Messages. It helps a busy front desk, clinician or clinic owner find follow-up without treating an AI summary as the original record.

Availability: Beta. Use a supported LogBlues release with the local Blues runtime and model. Faster encrypted summary reuse and the new reply, reminder, Done and Remove actions are in testing; they are not established public-release features.

How it works

Open Messages and choose Message Overview.
Read the to-do summary and the recap of topics, decisions and open questions.
Open the source conversation to check the words, participants and context.
Choose the follow-up yourself. Use only the actions available in your installed release.

Before you start

Sign in to the correct clinic with permission to view Messages.
Install and enable the supported local Blues runtime and model on this computer.
Confirm the installed release and the language you use. Initial analysis can take longer than opening an existing conversation.

Limits to keep in mind

Summaries can omit, misread or incorrectly combine details. Source messages remain the reference.
The reader uses conversation text, not attachment contents. Long conversations may be processed within a limited context window.
Overview does not automatically rearrange the calendar, send a message or make a clinical decision.
Local AI processing does not mean that optional clinic sharing or other online services send no data.

Questions and answers

Does opening Overview mark every conversation read?

Overview is intended as a separate summary view. Open the source conversation when you want to read and act on it; confirm the read-state behavior in your supported release.

Will the summary always be instant?

No. Model readiness, the computer and new conversation text affect processing time. Loading improvements are still in testing; no fixed speed guarantee is offered.

Are the new reminder and reply buttons available now?

They are being tested. The local AI reply guide describes that upcoming workflow separately from the existing Beta summary.
