Our policy
LogBlues LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects our customers to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement, and we may remove or disable access to material that is claimed to infringe. We may end the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe.
Records, notes and documents that a practice keeps in LogBlues are private to that practice. We do not review them, and we act on a notice only where we can identify and reach the material it describes.
