Blues

Patient writes. Blues drafts. You send.

A patient emails a question. Paste it into their record, press one button, and Blues writes the reply with their chart open, on your own computer. Read it, change what you like, send it from your own email. Included in every plan.

1

Paste what they wrote

Open the patient, choose Quick Email, and paste the message from wherever it arrived: email, text, the portal you already use.

2

Draft with Blues

Blues reads that patient's chart, their conditions, medications, last visit and next appointment, and writes a short, plain reply in English or Spanish.

3

You send it

The draft lands in the email box. Edit a line or two, attach a form if you need to, and send it from your own mail account. Blues never sends anything.

LogBlues does not read your email. It never connects to your mailbox and never asks for your email password. Blues sees only the message you paste and that one patient's record.

Nothing leaves the building. Blues runs on the clinic's own computer. The chart and the draft never go to a cloud, ours or anyone else's. That is why Blues is allowed to read the chart, and a public chatbot is not.

What Blues uses

  • The message you pasted
  • Name, age, primary concern
  • Conditions, allergies, medications
  • Last visit and next appointment
  • The last three visit notes and two doctor's notes, trimmed

What Blues will not do

  • Invent a result, a diagnosis or a date
  • Quote opening hours, prices or policies that are not in the record
  • Give new medical advice; it says the doctor will review and answer
  • Mention any other patient
  • Send the email

Questions clinics ask

Does the patient know an AI helped?

That is your call and your policy. The draft is yours the moment you edit it, the same as a template. Many clinics add one line: "Written with help from our practice assistant, reviewed by Dr. Kim."

Which computer does this need?

The one running LogBlues, with 8 GB of memory. On a 4 GB machine Blues is switched off and Quick Email still works by hand.

Is it extra?

No. Blues is included in Standard, Premium and Enterprise, and there is no per-message fee.
