Using our software gives you a limited licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the software, and it does not give you the right to copy, resell, sublicense, rebrand or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows.
Your work is yours
Nothing here applies to the records, notes, documents and other content you create using our software. Those belong to you and your practice. We claim no ownership of them and no licence over them.
Trademarks
LogBlues, LogBlues, Just Progress and LMLSE (LogBlues Multi-Layered Security Exosystem) are marks of LogBlues LLC.
Other names used on this site — including operating systems, cloud services, scanner manufacturers and code sets — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our software works with. Their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association. HCPCS and ICD-10-CM are maintained by their respective United States federal agencies.
Press and brand use
Journalists and partners may use our name, logo and product screenshots to write about us. Please do not modify the marks, imply endorsement, or present our screenshots as anything other than a demo clinic with invented patients. The newsroom has the boilerplate and the assets.
Open source
Our software is built with open-source components, including the Flutter framework and a number of packages, and uses the Manrope and Inter typefaces under the SIL Open Font License. The full attribution list ships inside the application. We are grateful to the people who made them.
