The short version
Our software does not practise medicine. It helps you record and organise work that you are responsible for.
LogBlues
LogBlues is practice management and information-management software. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not clinical decision support. It does not interpret results, recommend treatment, calculate doses, or tell you what is wrong with anyone.
Everything it shows you is what someone entered or what a document contained. Reviewing that information, verifying it, and deciding what to do about it are yours.
Blues
Blues, the built-in assistant, helps with clinic work: finding things, drafting notes, tasks and messages, and answering questions about how your practice is set up. Blues is not a clinical decision tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe or choose treatment, and it is built to say when it does not know rather than guess.
Anything Blues drafts is a draft. Nothing is saved until a person reads it and confirms it.
Billing and procedure codes
The procedure reference in LogBlues is a convenience for looking up codes. It is not coding advice, not a complete national code set, and not a guarantee that a claim will be accepted. Coding and billing accuracy remain the responsibility of the practice.
Emergencies
Do not use our software to manage a medical emergency. If someone needs urgent help, call your local emergency number. LogBlues must never be the only mechanism for time-critical escalation.
Just Progress
Just Progress is a habit and wellbeing app. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment. It does not interpret lab values and it makes no claim to extend your life, slow ageing, or prevent, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a clinician about your health, and never stop or change treatment because an app suggested it.
No professional relationship
Using our software does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and LogBlues, and does not create a professional advisory relationship of any kind.
